No Art Experience Necessary

The Art Connects Us program was built for schools without art teachers. It is designed for volunteers who may not have an art background, who are limited on time, and who may be timid to teach art lessons to kids. It's also for teachers who don't have extra time to plan in advance on how to fit art curriculum into their class schedule. With the Art Connects Us program, teachers or volunteers can do a quick review of the lesson ahead of time, then ad lib directly from each slide!

Quick

Most lessons are done in one sitting and can be completed in 1.5 hours.  No running around trying to find materials, no extra prep.  Simple explanations on set up, transitions, and time management.

Includes:

  • WEAVING

  • CLAY

  • PRINTING

Pottery Class

Materials Simplified

Materials are listed in each lesson. The program comes with one comprehensive materials list for the year, minimizing the need to search last minute for materials. Most supplies and materials can be used in every class. Materials for the first year will be about $2200 for grade sizes of 76 students. Following years will be around $1500.
